This includes device verification, access location checks, and login pattern analysis. If anything unusual is detected, cuci02 will send an immediate notification and may request additional verification before granting access — this is to protect you, not to inconvenience you.

Many cuci02 players now use biometric login through the mobile app — either fingerprint or face recognition. This method is not only faster than typing a password, but also more secure because your biometric data is stored locally on your device and never sent to cuci02 servers.

For passwords, cuci02 recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols with a minimum length of 8 characters. Avoid using your date of birth, name, or phone number as a password. Change your password at least every 3 months as a good security practice.

If you are using a shared device — such as an office computer or a family phone — make sure you log out after every session and do not save your login details on that device. cuci02 provides a "Log Out of All Devices" button in your account settings in case you think your account may be accessed from an unrecognized device.
